Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 20, 2015, Six Flags Entertainment Corporation announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.52 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable September 14, 2015 to shareholders of record as of September 3, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
