Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 18, 2015, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company would be presenting at the Rodman & Renshaw 17th Annual Global Investment Conference taking place from September 8-10, 2015 at the St. Regis Hotel in New York, New York.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
A copy of material that will be used by the Company in the presentation at the Rodman & Renshaw conference and from time to time, in whole or in part, and possibly with modifications, in connection with presentations to investors, analysts and others thereafter is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2.
