On August 19, 2015, USD Partners LP ("we" and "our") posted an investor presentation on our website at www.usdpartners.com that our senior management is presenting at the Citigroup MLP/Midstream Infrastructure Conference being held in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 19, 2015 and August 20, 2015. Among other things, the presentation includes additional information with respect to development projects at our sponsor, USD Group LLC, as well as our financial condition and results of operations as of June 30, 2015. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
