On August 19, 2015, Lancaster Colony Corporation issued a press release announcing its first quarter fiscal 2016 dividend and also announcing that its annual meeting will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015 in the Lilac meeting room at The Hilton Columbus at Easton, 3900 Chagrin Drive, Columbus, OH 43219 at 11:30 a.m. with a record date of Friday, September 18, 2015 for notice and voting at the meeting. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
