Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 12, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Syniverse Corporation approved a one-time gross lump sum relocation bonus in the amount of $150,000 for Robert Reich. The relocation bonus must be repaid by Mr. Reich on a pro-rata basis in the event he voluntarily resigns from his employment without good reason or is terminated for cause within the next twelve months.
