On August 18, 2015, Farmland Partners Inc. (the “Company”) announced the closing of the sale of an additional 360,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, $0.01 par value per share, pursuant to the exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in the Company’s previously announced equity offering.
