On August 17, 2015, America First Multifamily Investors, L.P., ("Registrant") closed on the sale of Glynn Place, a Multifamily Property located in Brunswick, GA, for $5.5 million. As set forth below, the Registrant is furnishing the press release as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
