On August 17, 2015, Kite Pharma, Inc. issued a press release announcing an update on its multicenter Phase 1-2 clinical trial for its lead product candidate KTE-C19, a chimeric antigen receptor-based therapy, in patients with refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma, including primary mediastinal B cell lymphoma and transformed follicular lymphoma. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
