On August 14, 2015, Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing participation in a conference in New York to be held on September 8-10, 2015. The Company regularly participates in such conferences in the ordinary course of its business. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
