On August 17, 2015, Prime Meridian Holding Company (the “Company”) will send to its shareholders a letter announcing the listing and trading of its common stock on OTC Market exchange (OTCQX®). On August 24, 2015, the Company will issue a press release regarding the same matter. Trading of Company stock is expected to begin on August 24, 2015. A copy of the press release is included with this report as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the letter is included with this report as Exhibit 99.2.
