(the “Company”) issued a press release entitled, “ImmunoCellular Therapeutics Reaches Agreement with FDA on Special Protocol Assessment (SPA) for ICT-107 Phase 3 Registrational Trial in Glioblastoma,” a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
