CERTIFICATION OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL OFFICER PURSUANT TO SECTION 906 OF THE SARBANES-OXLEY ACT OF 2002
In connection with the Quarterly Report of the Everest Fund, L.P. (the “Partnership”), for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Report”), I, Peter Lamoureux, President of Everest Asset Management, Inc., the general partner of the Everest Fund, L.P.
