Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 14, 2015, CASI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2015. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
