Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 13, 2015, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of its common stock. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share payable on September 29, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2015.
A copy of the Registrant's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
