Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 11, 2014, the board of directors of TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of James R. Huling from his position as chief operating officer, effective as of September 1, 2015. The resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the Company regarding its operations, policies, practices or otherwise. Mr. Huling plans to remain with the Company in a reduced or advisory role.
