Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 12, 2015, JetPay Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety.
