Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 10, 2015, Walter Investment Management Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, as well as updates on operational highlights for the Company. On the same date, the Company posted earnings presentation materials, which include a financial supplement, on its investor relations website at http://investor.walterinvestment.com. These materials are being made available in connection with the Company’s earnings conference call and audio webcast on August 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The press release and the earnings presentation are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are hereby incorporated herein by reference.
