Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 10, 2015, Air Industries Group (“the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.The Company will host a conference call to discuss the results for the second quarter of 2015 on Monday August 10, 2015 at 4:00 pm EST. See Exhibit 99.1 for information concerning dial-in access.
