Item 2.02. Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On August 6, 2015, New Residential Investment Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain of the Company’s preliminary results for its fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”) as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 2.02 disclosure.
The Company will release its second quarter financial results on Monday, August 10, 2015 prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange. Management will host a conference call on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 8:00AM Eastern Time.
