Item 8.01. Other Events
In our Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2015, filed yesterday on August 5, 2015, we have an immaterial error regarding our expected total capital expenditures for the year ending December 31, 2015. We noted this today, August 6, 2015, during our teleconference for our second quarter 2015 earnings and stated that we expect total capital expenditures for the year ending December 31, 2015 to be approximately $1.85 billion, not $1.7 billion, as reported in our Form 10-Q. For the convenience of our shareholders, we wanted to make this information more readily available.
