On July 30th, 2015, Samson Oil & Gas Limited filed its Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2015, with the ASX. A copy of the ASX quarterly report is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and a copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
