On July 29, 2015, the Board of Directors of Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Pete Miller, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Fleet Operations. Mr. Miller has decided to pursue other interests outside the cruise industry.
