Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 28, 2015, Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (“Heidrick & Struggles” or the “Company”) reported on its conference call to review the Company’s second quarter 2015 financial results that Krishnan Rajagopalan has been appointed to lead the Company’s Leadership Consulting business on an interim basis.
