Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 3, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing its intent to amend and extend HD Supply, Inc.’s secured term loan facility, a copy of which press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
