On July 29, 2015, we received written notice that Thomas P. Grainger, a director, had resigned his position effective as of July 26, 2015. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is the letter of resignation. The Company has not yet filled the vacancy created by Mr. Grainger's resignation.
