In July 2015, Cellectar Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to continue the engagement of a third party Investor Relations/Public Relations consultant to provide such services to the Company on a full-time basis. With those functions being assumed by the consultant, on July 28, 2015, Kathryn McNeil, the Company’s Vice President of Investor Relations, Public Relations and Corporate Communications, tendered her resignation which was accepted by the Company and her position was eliminated.
