Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
The Timken Company issued a press release on July 30, 2015 announcing results for the second quarter of 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by this reference.
Also on July 30, 2015, the Timken Company will host a conference call and has posted conference call materials on its website, www.timken.com. A copy of the conference call materials is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by this reference.
