Results of Operations and Financial Conditions.
On July 30, 2015, Eversource Energy issued a news release announcing its unaudited results of operations for the second quarter and first six months ended June 30, 2015, and related financial information for certain of its subsidiaries as of and for the same period. A copy of the news release and related unaudited financial reports are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, and are incorporated herein by reference thereto.
