Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS

On July 28, 2015 Empire Global Corp., through our wholly owned subsidiary
Multigioco Srl., obtained trademark approval from the Ministero del'Economia e
delle Finanze (Ministry of the Economy and Finance) for the New Gioco brand.

The New Gioco image will now feature the TM symbol that provides trademark
enforcement protection for our distribution network of online and offline gaming
locations throughout Italy.

The company's press release announcing the achievment is included as
Exhibit 99.1.
