Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 28, 2015, Timberland Bancorp, Inc. issued its earnings release for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. The release also announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.07 per common share and authorization to repurchase up to 5%, of the Company’s outstanding common shares. A copy of the earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
