On July 28, 2015, SMTC Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for its second quarter ended June 28, 2015, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
On July 29, 2015, SMTC Corporation held a teleconference announcing its financial results for its second quarter ended June 28, 2015. A transcript of this teleconference is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
