Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 29, 2015, Rex Energy Corporation (“Rex Energy”) issued a press release announcing its production volumes for the second quarter 2015 and preliminary price realizations. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
