On July 29, 2015, International Paper Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2015, and will hold a webcast and conference call later the same day to discuss these results. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference is a copy of the press release.
