On July 29, 2015, Employers Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, and is being furnished, not filed, under Item 2.02 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On July 29, 2015, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a third quarter 2015 cash dividend of six cents per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on August 26, 2015 to stockholders of record as of August 12, 2015.
