On July 29, 2015, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

The Registrant issued a press release, filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and by this reference incorporated herein, on July 29, 2015 announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share. The dividend is payable on October 2, 2015 to stockholders of record as of September 18, 2015.
