On July 28, 2015, United Community Financial Corp. issued a press release to announce that the Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.025 per common share, payable August 18, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business August 7, 2015, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
