Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers.

On July 21, 2015, Alfred Santos resigned as Chief Executive Officer, Principal Executive Officer, President and Secretary and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Santos’ resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
