OTHER EVENTS


On July 21, 2015, the Company, as Plaintiff, filed a Complaint against the California Board of Pharmacy (the Defendant) in the United States District Court (the Complaint).  The Complaint alleges that the Company is entitled to an immediate injunction granting certain Pharmacy and Compounding Permits (the Permits) and monetary relief due to, among other things, the unlawful actions of the Defendant in connection with the Companys application for the Permits in the State of California, and in connection with the pending acquisition of a California-based Pharmacy.
