On July 23, 2015, the Board of Directors of Astec Industries, Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of ten cents ($0.10) per share of Company common stock to be paid on or after August 28, 2015 to the Company's common shareholders of record as of August 11, 2015.
