Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 23, 2015, SITEL Worldwide (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its preliminary financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference, and will be published on the Company’s website at www.sitel.com. The Press Release contains certain forward-looking statements, all of which are subject to the cautionary statement about forward-looking statements set forth therein. Except as otherwise provided in the Press Release, the Press Release speaks only as of its date and it shall not create any implication that the affairs of the Company will have continued unchanged since such date.
