Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 30, 2015, Mr. Raul Navarro, Chief Operating Officer / Senior Vice President — LATAM of SITEL Worldwide Corporation (the “Company”), accepted an offer letter setting forth the terms of his continued expatriate assignment in Brazil. The terms of Mr. Navarro’s employment remain substantially unchanged, except that his potential severance benefits were expanded to include a prorated incentive plan payment. The offer letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
