On July 23, 2015, we issued a press release announcing that our Chinese mobile App Aishuo is now ready for download in iTunes and its subscribers can also purchase App credit using the iTunes In-App Purchase platform. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On the same day, we published a new presentation on our website http://www.onehorizongroup.com/ to provide an update of our developments including that Aishuo is ready for download in iTunes. A copy of the Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2
