On July 22, 2015, FBR & Co. entered into an agreement to purchase MLV & Co. LLC. The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions. A copy of the press release announcing the transaction is furnished herewith and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
