On July 20, 2015, Timothy D. Yang resigned from his position as Senior Vice President, Land & Legal, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation (the “Company”), effective July 24, 2015, to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Yang’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company regarding any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
