Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 20, 2015, The Community Financial Corporation issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is furnished herewith.
