DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS, ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.
Effective July 15, 2015, Kam Shah resigned all his positions with the Registrant, including Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Director. The resignation was for personal reasons and was not because of any disagreement with the Registrant or any matters relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
As a result of the resignation our current President and Chief Executive Officer and Director, Terence Robinson, was appointed to fill the rolls of Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the Registrant.
