(b) On July 15, 2015, Lisa M. Buchanan, the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Cal Dive International, Inc. (the "Company"), tendered her resignation from the Company, effective July 31, 2015, to accept employment at another company.
