Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 16, 2015, Triple-S Management Corporation (the "Company") announced the appointment of José E. Novoa-Loyola, M.D. as Chief Medical Officer of the Company, effective immediately. As part of Dr. Novoa-Loyola's responsibilities as Chief Medical Officer, he will be responsible for the development and execution of medical management strategies companywide, as well as formulating corporate medical policy. Dr. Novoa-Loyola will report to the Company's Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Roberto Garcia-Rodríguez.
