On July 15, 2015, Sanchez Energy Corporation (the “Company”) announced its operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
