Real Industry, Inc. (the “Company”) intends to make available certain financial and other information at an investor reception hosted by Craig T. Bouchard, the Company’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, preceding the Company’s management ringing the closing bell of the NASDAQ Stock Market on July 15, 2015. A copy of the financial and other information the Company will make available at the investor reception is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
